Expert SF is a web product where experts and creators can create public profile pages, offer bookable services, and seekers can discover and book those experts. The live bookable service type today is 1:1 Call.

Expert SF is for experts, mentors, coaches, and creators who want a public page and bookings, and for seekers who want to find and book experts for 1:1 calls.
Is Expert SF an OTT platform?
No. Expert SF is not an OTT platform. Shortfundly OTT is a separate product. Expert SF focuses on expert profiles, discovery, and booking.
What is the relationship between Expert SF and Shortfundly?
Expert SF is a product associated with the Shortfundly brand family. The legal company named in site materials is Sm Smartygen Media Networks Private Limited, which owns the Shortfundly brand. Expert SF should not be confused with Shortfundly OTT or Shortfundly Tools.
Who operates Expert SF?
Site materials identify Sm Smartygen Media Networks Private Limited (CIN U72900TN2015PTC102200) as the company that owns the Shortfundly brand. Expert SF is presented as a Shortfundly-family product.
What features are available on Expert SF?
Live capabilities include public expert profiles, expert search, 1:1 Call booking, payment for bookings, expert and seeker dashboards, and Google authentication. Other service types such as Priority DM, workshops, courses, and packages are marked coming soon in the product configuration.
Does Expert SF support 1:1 calls?
Yes. 1:1 Call is the live bookable service type. Experts can create 1:1 video sessions and seekers can book them.
Which features are coming soon?
In the current service configuration, Priority DM, Workshops/Live Cohorts, Products/Courses, and Packages are disabled and shown as coming soon.
How do I create an Expert SF page?
Sign up or sign in, complete your expert profile, and publish your public page. Then add a live 1:1 Call service from the expert dashboard so seekers can book you.
How do I book an expert?
Search or open an expert’s public profile, choose an available 1:1 Call service, and complete the booking and payment flow. After signing in, you can manage bookings from the seeker dashboard.
How does payment work?
When you book a paid 1:1 Call, payment is collected through the Expert SF booking flow before the session is confirmed. Exact payment methods and payout timing require product confirmation and are not published as definitive AEO facts yet.
How much does Expert SF cost?
The product messaging describes a commission-on-earnings model with no upfront subscription requirement to start. Exact fee percentages shown in placeholder pricing UI require business verification before they are treated as canonical answers.
Is Expert SF free to start?
Current product messaging indicates you can create a page and list services without an upfront subscription fee. Fees are associated with earnings/transactions; see the pricing page for displayed rates, which still require verification.
Can I conduct paid sessions?
Yes. Experts can offer paid 1:1 Call sessions and set their own session pricing for those live services.
How much can I charge for my sessions?
Experts set their own prices for 1:1 Call sessions. Expert SF does not publish a required price range in verified AEO materials.
