How Expert SF works

How experts use Expert SF

1. Create an account

   Sign up or sign in (including Google authentication) to access the expert dashboard.

2. Set up a public profile

   Publish a public Expert SF page that seekers can view and share.

3. Offer a live service

   Create a bookable 1:1 Call service. Other service types may appear as coming soon until enabled.

4. Receive bookings and manage sessions

   Use the expert dashboard to manage services, calendar, and bookings.

How seekers book an expert

1. Discover experts

   Use search or browse public expert profiles to find someone relevant.

2. Review the expert page

   Open the expert’s public profile to see available bookable services.

3. Book a 1:1 Call

   Choose a live 1:1 Call service and complete the booking flow.

4. Complete payment

   Pay through the product’s booking/payment flow to confirm the session.

5. Manage bookings

   Use the seeker dashboard to view and manage bookings after signup/login.

How do I create an Expert SF page?

Sign up or sign in, complete your expert profile, and publish your public page. Then add a live 1:1 Call service from the expert dashboard so seekers can book you.

How do I book an expert?

Search or open an expert’s public profile, choose an available 1:1 Call service, and complete the booking and payment flow. After signing in, you can manage bookings from the seeker dashboard.
